A week-long programme celebrating storytelling, creativity, and cultural heritage, this initiative was rooted in family and community traditions. Children were invited to explore harvest and farming rituals from around the world, fostering intergenerational exchange while nurturing imagination, collaboration, and performance skills.
Guided by our facilitators—Kids Life Coach and storyteller Lamya Tawfik, along with community members Alizay and Hamayal Gull, who led the artistic component—participants immersed themselves in narrative workshops and creative art sessions. The week culminated in a joyful performance that showcased the cultural richness of our community, with families coming together to witness and share in the moment, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
The program also featured an inspiring exhibition of the children’s artworks—vivid depictions of crop harvesting, rural landscapes, traditional festivals, and biodiversity. Together, these works formed a colourful tapestry, beautifully reflecting the diverse cultures represented within our community.
