Natura Futura
Natura Futura is a practice from Babahoyo, Ecuador, founded by José Fernando Gómez Marmolejo in 2015. The practice aims to question sensitive issues of architecture in Latin American cities, searching for solutions through continuous experimentation and research. It prioritizes the importance of working with contextual architecture, without forgetting the human context of its projects and understanding the emotional aspects of their inhabitants, traditions, and customs. Natura Futura’s portfolio consists of various community-based and public projects across Ecuador. The studio was awarded at the Quito Pan-American Biennial in addition to the three Quito Biennial awards in 2020, and Vienna’s Brick Award in 2022. They have previously held exhibitions at both the Architecture Festival in Bali, Indonesia, and Valparaíso, Chile.
ناتورا فوتورا
"ناتورا فوتورا" هو استوديو أسّسه خوسيه فرناندو غوميز مارموليجو في باباهويو، الإكوادور عام 2015 بهدف طرح الأسئلة حول القضايا الشائكة في العمارة بمدن أمريكا اللاتينية ومحاولة حلّها من خلال التجريب والبحث المستمرين. يولي الاستوديو الأولوية للعمارة السياقية دون إغفال السياق الإنساني للمشاريع وفهم الجانب الوجداني من حياة السكان وتقاليدهم وعاداتهم. تتضمن مسيرة "ناتورا فوتورا" العديد من المشاريع المجتمعية والعامة في جميع أنحاء الإكوادور. حاز الاستوديو على جائزة بينالي كيتو للبلدان الأميركية بالإضافة إلى جوائز بينالي كيتو الثلاث لعام 2020 وجائزة بريك بفيينا عام 2022. وأقام سابقاً معارض في كل من مهرجان العمارة في بالي بإندونيسيا وفالبارايسو بتشيلي.
